The number of check-in desks and the space available for each will dictate the number of individual powered conveyor rollers needed, while the area utilised for security checks are more likely to be equipped with gravity roller conveyors designed for ease of operation. The smooth working of the gravity roller conveyors we design and manufacture will keep the passengers and their bags and other items moving through the security checks quickly, while our choice of the best materials and state of the art manufacturing equipment guarantees roller conveyors able to deal with the heavy weight of traffic moving across them in the average busy airport.

In addition to standard straight rollers we can design and manufacture more specialised items such as belt curves and spiral lifts, putting together a system which works throughout the entire airport. The excellence we offer is based on the use of the latest Cad Cam software allied to 5 axis CNC machinery, so that the vision that a client brings to us is one which we can turn into a working reality. We choose the materials for each job on the basis of what it takes to deliver the desired results when the roller conveyor is initially installed, combined with our understanding of the materials that are best able to cope with the demands of the environment and continue to work smoothly for many years to come.
