Our versatility means that we can design and manufacture conveyor rollers of every size and type in the widest possible range of sectors. From airport rollers to off-shore rollers we can deliver exactly what our clients need, and that applies to the large scale demands of bulk material handling rollers.

A bulk material handling roller plays an integral role within a facility such as a processing plant, shifting bulk materials from delivery through to processing itself. In many cases this involves shifting raw materials such as bulk solids and powders after they have been unloaded from truck or train. In the first instance the conveyor system usually shifts the material in bulk to a storage facility or designated stockpiling area. From here it can be shifted using a system of secondary conveyor rollers which transport the bulk material to a processing facility or further storage from which removal and disposal can take place.

When we design and manufacture a solution for a client we enter into a genuine partnership. From earliest sketches through to detailed designs and completed roller conveyors, we’ll offer advice based on our experience of delivering multiple bulk material handling rollers in a wide range of settings. We understand the kind of demands placed on rollers of this kind by the sheer weight and also the make-up of the kind of bulk material they shift. In larger facilities the conveyors in question can be many metres in length and rely on multiple high performance rollers to maintain efficient functionality. As well as functionality, the rollers we design and manufacture have to be robust enough to continue to deliver fault-free operation of the roller conveyor long after initial installation.

If things do go wrong – something which is inevitable given the high impact nature of the work being carried out – we take great pride in turning repairs and replacements round in the same way we deliver full scale installations. Whatever it takes to get a bulk material handling roller conveyor up and running again we can provide it at speed without compromising on quality. Over the years we’ve streamlined our systems, including our manufacturing facility and logistics, because we understand the impact which operational downtime can have on the kind of clients we work with. Whether a client needs a full system, a replacement component or an individual repair, we have the technical skill, cutting edge equipment and experience to deliver on time and within budget.
