The team at AED Rollers have been designing and manufacturing conveyor rollers since 1996. During that time we’ve grown to become one of the leading names in the UK market, and are increasingly expanding into overseas territories. Major clients come to us time and time again because they know that we enter into a genuine partnership for each and every project. Our expertise and experience enables us to work on every detail of large scale projects such as warehouse rollers, from initial designs through to the manufacturing and installation of systems made up of multiple components.

We achieve high quality, value for money results by combining a team of expert technicians and engineers with the latest technology.

Our experts work with state of the art Cad Cam software and 5axis, Haas CNC machinery to manufacture high quality components to extremely precise tolerances, and our excellent customer service goes above and beyond initial installation to provide on-going support. The in-house nature of our service means that we can guarantee the quality of every aspect of our warehouse rollers, and maintain close contact with our clients throughout the delivery of each project.

Our warehouse roller systems need to be able to shift products of every kind around warehouse spaces and distribution centres, moving goods from initial delivery to a variety of storage, packing and despatch operations based in various different parts of the building. The clients we work for handle goods ranging from fashion and food and drink to office supplies, industrial parts and components and pharmaceuticals, and the warehouse rollers we design and manufacture can be based on materials ranging from steel to polyurethane and rubber. Our experience designing and manufacturing rollers, allied to our in-depth knowledge of the demands presented by a warehouse environment, mean that we know exactly what each individual warehouse space needs in terms of roller conveyors.

The options include gravity roller conveyors and motor driven roller conveyors, combined with a layout which typically includes a number of picking stations and specialist features such as stoppers and spiral lifts. In a large warehouse space the conveyor rollers needed might be over a kilometre in length and will need to be equally efficient when dealing with lightweight items such as empty containers which need shifting, as they are when moving fully loaded items.

Our use of technology, combined with embedded supply lines and skilled personnel able to work at speed, means that we can deliver value for money warehouse rollers to tight deadlines without compromising on quality. The approach we take – of working as an extension of the client’s business – means that we understand fully how damaging and expensive it can be for a warehouse roller system to be out of action. That’s why, as well as design and manufacturing services, we offer repairs and replacements delivered at speed. A streamlined manufacturing process combined with ultra-efficient logistics and stock control means that we can get the warehouse rollers of our clients up and running again as quickly as possible.
